These terms govern use of the website at gioviwankenobi.com. Applications listed on this site are governed by their own terms, published on their own pages, and by the terms of the store you obtained them from.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to read this site, to link to any page on it, and to quote from it as described under Intellectual property below.

Search engines are welcome too: indexing this site is how most people find it.

What is not allowed is bulk or systematic collection — downloading the site, its pages or its images wholesale, whether by hand or with software — and anything that interferes with the site or the server that hosts it, including attempting to overload it, to reach parts that are not published, or to pass the site or its contents off as belonging to someone else.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site is mine and remains mine: the text, the images, the app screenshots, the design, the source code behind the pages, and the name gioviwankenobi. No licence to reuse any of it is granted here.

You do not need permission to link to a page, or to quote a short passage in a review, an article or a discussion, so long as the quotation is attributed and does not stand in for the page itself.

For anything beyond that — republishing, translating, or reusing the design or the code — please write and ask. The answer is often yes; it should just be asked first.
