What this policy covers

This policy applies to the website at gioviwankenobi.com and its subpages. It does not cover the applications listed on the site. Each app publishes its own privacy policy at its own permanent address, linked from that app’s page.

Information collected on this website

This site is a set of static files. It runs no analytics, no tracking scripts and no advertising, and there is no server of mine between you and the page. Nothing you do here is recorded on my side.

The pages are served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub receives what it needs in order to send you the page, and records it in its own logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and the browser and operating system your device reports. GitHub is an independent controller for those logs and keeps them under its own policy. I have no access to them and cannot search, export or delete them.

That is the whole of it. There is no account to create, nothing is stored against a profile, and I could not tell you who has visited this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser at all: no local storage, no session storage, no identifier of any kind. Clearing your browsing data changes nothing here, because nothing of this site is in it.

Contact and embedded services

No page on this site makes a request to a third party. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font host, icons are drawn directly into the page, and there are no embedded videos, maps, comment widgets or social buttons.

The site does link to app stores, source repositories and other external services. A link is only followed if you click it: until then, nothing is sent to those services, and once you do, you are on their site under their policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to personal data held about you, and its correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

The honest answer is that there is almost nothing here to give you, because this site collects nothing. Two things are worth naming. If you write to me, I hold that message and whatever you chose to put in it, for as long as it takes to answer you and any follow-up. And the server logs described above are GitHub’s, not mine: a request about those has to be made to GitHub.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the revision date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes will also be noted on the page itself.
